Project Manager
- Location: Ahmedabad, Pune
- Project: Atmiyata
We are looking for a Project Manager for the Atmiyata Project.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and mentor field implementation team
- Ensure quality assurance and conduct quality checks
- Maintain fidelity to the implementation protocol
- Liase with district level stakeholders
- Assist in partnership development
- Program data monitoring and analysis
- Prepare funder reports and
- Assist the team with planning for training and other events
Qualifications and skills
Eessential
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Mental health, Psychology, or Development Studies
- 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing and implementing projects on mental health, public health or social work
- Good Managerial skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Willing to travel regularly to field locations
Desirable
- Prior experience with Qualitative Research
- Good writing skills (Grant Proposals)
- Proficient in Hindi & Gujarati (verbal and written)
