About the Role: We are looking for a Project Manager to support the work of CMHLP Learn, the Centre’s vertical on education and training.

CMHLP Learn is focused on delivering high-quality and interactive educational programmes and short courses in mental health and suicide prevention. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of courses, including collaborating with faculty and partners on curriculum development, learner engagement, strategic planning, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, including planning, coordination, outreach, admissions, administration, participant communications, and assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners and faculty, ensuring a high-quality learning experience from enrolment to programme completion.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain and improve programme delivery, including development and review of course curriculum and learning resources.
• Develop written outputs for outreach and promotion of programmes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and project deliverables toward CMHLP’s learning portfolio.
• Support the facilitation of trainings and workshops, as needed, based on skill and experience.

Qualifications/Experience

ESSENTIAL
• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Mental Health, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in program management and delivering and/or coordinating capacity building programs, preferably within the social sector.
• Strong organisational, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to apply a learner-first approach and work with diverse stakeholders.
• A keen interest in mental health, public health, human rights, and development.

 

DESIRABLE
• Experience designing, delivering/facilitating, and scaling online or blended learning programmes.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle).
• Experience in public health, mental health, human rights, or development.
