Tanvi Shenoy
Communications Associate
Tanvi began her career as a news producer, spending five years in broadcast and digital journalism before moving into organisational communications. During this time, she worked across business, finance, and legal beats, including roles at CNBC-TV18 in Mumbai and Reuters in Bengaluru, where she developed a strong foundation in storytelling and audience-focused content.
Before joining CMHLP, Tanvi was a Communications Associate at the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru. There, she worked on a range of communication initiatives from managing digital platforms and campaigns to supporting institutional outreach and engagement.
Across her roles, Tanvi has been drawn to using storytelling, multimedia, and data-informed strategies to connect with diverse audiences. She is particularly interested in building communication approaches that strengthen public engagement and support meaningful, real-world impact. She also cares deeply about mental health and is motivated to contribute to the space through thoughtful and accessible communication.
Outside of work, Tanvi is an avid reader, an enthusiastic movie-goer, and a foodie.
