Roles & responsibilities

• Support implementation and coordination of projects within Outlive
• Support partnerships, fundraising, and collaboration opportunities for program growth
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and project deliverables
• Mentor and support project teams while strengthening team culture
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Contribute to program materials, presentations, and publications as needed
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance processes
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safeguarding, and data protection practices

Qualifications & skills

ESSENTIAL

• Master’s or equivalent degree in Social work, Psychology, Public Health or other related field
• 5< years of experience in program management or coordination, preferably within development/social sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in health, mental health
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in Kannada and English
• Experience in grant writing, fundraising and partnership development

 

DESIRABLE
• Experience of working with young people around mental health, psychosocial support or public health programs
• Familiarity with suicide prevention or peer support frameworks
• Experience in program management, specifically relating to scaling up operationally
