Project Manager & Research Coordinator, THRIVE
- Location: Gujarat
The Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy, Indian Law Society, Pune is looking for a Project Manager to lead the THRIVE Project in Gujarat, India. THRIVE is a 5-year project in collaboration with Addictions and Related Research Group, Sangath, India and University of Lucerne, Switzerland to implement a randomized controlled trial to evaluate the impact of cash transfers and mental health care on individuals with severe depression.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee trial execution and field operations
- Monitor and supervise data collection, analysis, and publication
- Lead and build capacity in field teams
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Master’s degree in public health/Sustainable Development/Social Sciences/ Psychology
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in public mental health research/programs
- Experienced with quantitative research methodologies
- Strong project management and communication skills
Desired:
- Experience with RCTs
- Skilled in qualitative research
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Proficiency in reading and writing in Gujarati and Hindi
