Assistant Project Manager and Research Associate
Spandana works as an Assistant Project Manager and Research Associate at the Centre. She is part of the project ‘Capacity Building of Service Providers, Caregivers & Child Protection Functionaries for Integrating Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) in Child Protection Systems in India’. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Counselling from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.
When she’s not working, she’s likely binge-watching films and series, travelling to meet her long-distance friends, or thinking about food, design, and fashion.
Professional Interests: Community mental health with a social justice lens, research and advocacy, teaching, and working at the intersections of caste, class, gender, and other identities.
