Shikha Sharma

Shikha works at the intersection of governance, social impact and programme delivery and is currently working on Project Atmiyata to support the scale up, systems strengthening and operational effectiveness. She holds an MA in Gender and Development from the University of Sussex and her background spans public health, disability services, and social entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on outreach, reporting frameworks and accountability mechanisms. In her free time, she likes to read, cook, solve sudokus and spend time in nature. Professional interests: Social justice projects, particularly at the intersection of gender equity, mental health and wellbeing, and human rights. Also, keen to engage with work exploring the ethical use of data, communications and technology in the social sector.
