Sanchita works as a Research Associate for Project STRIDE based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has a Master’s in Women’s Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

Her previous experience includes research, facilitation, policy-development, and stakeholder liaison. She has been a part of the policymaking process for inclusion and enhancement of the position of single women as millet cultivators, as a part of Odisha Millet Mission. She also has prior experience in developing DEI policies for schools.

Sanchita has a strong affinity for travel, cooking, literature, and cinema and can be found curled up with a book and her dog in her spare time.
