Research Associate – STRIDE & SPIRIT
Niranjana works as a Research Associate on the STRIDE and SPIRIT projects. She holds an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde.
Her work is driven by a deep interest in suicide research approached through a decolonial lens, with a strong focus on intersectionality and the performance of identity. She is passionate about critically engaging with mental health systems and understanding how structural and cultural contexts shape mental health narratives and care.
When she’s not immersed in research, you’ll likely find her nose deep in a book, trying out new recipes, or picking up a new language.
