Namrapali Bhimrao Gondane

Namrapali Gondane works as a Grants Manager at CMHLP. Prior to this, she was engaged in CSR work and brings over 10 years of experience in the rural development sector. She has led and supported CSR programs across education, health, skill development, livelihood, agriculture, gender equality, and employee engagement.

Her expertise includes project planning and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, NGO partnership management, and capacity building. Namrapali has worked with leading corporate foundations and NGOs, driving community-focused initiatives, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable social impact. She holds a master’s degree in social work from TISS and a Master’s degree in Psychology, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources from IIM Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Outside of work, Namrapali enjoys exploring new places and traveling.
