Dhaval Shah

As a human-centric designer, and a systems thinker, Dhaval helps program teams at CMHLP to design and implement their mental health interventions centred around the needs of the communities being served. He has an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts, San Francisco. He was a software technologist with 13 years of work experience in Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay Area. After returning to India, he has been applying design thinking methodology to complex challenges for both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors across India over the last 12 years. He is deeply passionate to work towards an equitable world for LGBTQ+ communities of India.
