We are looking for 1 Assistant Project Manager & Research Associate for a working on a randomized control trial to evaluate the impact of cash transfers and mental health care on individuals with severe depression in primary care settings, across District Aravalli, Gujarat.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Project Team with trial implementation
- Assist in the recruitment of field staff.
- Support in training and supervising staff engaged in field-based activities.
- Assist with field monitoring and operations.
- Assist in drafting training materials and in organizing project events.
- Support project documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- A Master’s degree in social sciences, psychology, public health, or allied disciplines.
- 1-2 years of work experience in research within the fields of mental health, public health, and related areas.
- Willingness to be based in Aravalli, Gujarat.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Competency in MS Office applications.
Desirable
- Experience in training and/or supervising lay and/or professional counsellors in the delivery of mental health interventions.
- Fluent is speaking Gujarati
