Neeraja Auti

Neeraja works as a Project Manager and Research Coordinator on EMpower India’s project and supports other initiatives at the Centre.

She holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counselling from the University of Mumbai. Before joining CMHLP, Neeraja led psychosocial initiatives, research projects, and technology-assisted counselling programs. She has also facilitated research and mental health workshops focusing on children, adolescents, and youth, in addition to her practice.

Through her work, Neeraja aims to bridge the mental health care gap and address the needs of communities at large through evidence-based interventions. Professional Interests: Youth mental health, Community-mental health, Intersectionality in mental health, Rights-based approach, Psychosocial lens and Action research.
