We supported the World Health Organization South-East Asia Office with facilitating a Mental health summit on the voices of people with mental health conditions and their caregivers, which culminated in the creation of the Kathmandu charter for the rights of people with lived experience of mental health conditions in the WHO South-East Asia Region.
Consultation on youth mental health and climate change
In collaboration with UNESCO, the team organised a Regional Consultation on climate change and youth mental health in March 2025 in Chennai. Read more about the consultation here.
Review of Adolescent Friendly Health Clinics (AFHCs) in Sikkim
In March 2025, the team visited the districts of Soreng, Saang, and Gangtok in Sikkim to conduct a review of AFHCs, a mandate under Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK).
Creative tools for participatory local mental health policy
We partnered with Thumbi Labs to test the use of storytelling and simulation tools to inform community mental health policy in Chhattistgarh. This project was funded by Wellcome Trust.

Review of the District Mental Health Programme (DMHP) in Chhattisgarh
Between 2022 and 2023, the team conducted an audit of the DMHP in three districts of Chhattisgarh assessing mental health services in district hospitals, primary health centres (PHCs), and sub-centres.
